HI, I don't usually leave reviews, but I have nothing to but good things to say about the service, support and the value of the service from US Mobile. We were previously with Verizon and wanted to move to an independent contractor and not loose the Verizon Network. We made the move a couple of years ago and if we have had any difficulties, things have been responded to immediately. The chat feature is great and the customer service reps have all been tremendous. Best cell phone decision we have made!
