I've been with US Mobile for several years now. Every time I have had a question, wanted to upgrade my service, anything, their customer service has been excellent. And their plans are unbeatable in terms of affordability. Recently I contacted them via email because I couldn't access my voicemail. Within minutes, I had a response, and it furnished me with the solution to my problem. Kamil Khan, the associate who helped me was clear in his response, courteous, and concerned that my problem be solved. Once again, US Mobile, you rock!
