I had a minor set up issue with my mobile hot-spot and they had it fixed in less than five minutes with only a brief online chat. it's not a person talking to you over the phone but it worked great and they were courteous, and most importantly solved the problem quickly. The service is great and signal works good. data speeds are never an issue and the price is great. we got our SIM cards quickly and though set up didn't go perfectly smooth they got us up and running quickly. I'm really pleased with this service and we've had it now for a couple of month.
