I have had US mobile for 4 years and have had great service. I recently moved, and their GSM coverage does not provide service at my new house. They made switching to the Super LTE service very easy, and their online chat representative, Haroon, was prompt and helpful at navigating me through the process. My rate would have gone up during the switch, but they allowed me to maintain my current rate.
