U.S. mobile has great customer service. They have patiently helped me troubleshoot through my many questions. I am typing this review at 1:20am and Kamran Z. just helped me figure out how to get LTE data on my new phone. They are polite, pleasant, and most importantly, always help me solve my issues. I love the unlimited plan and I'm on the Verizon network -- win win! I am recommending this service to my friends and family.
