Aaron Wylie did a great job with the customer service portion and helped me get my phone to work. 5 stars for him!
I left 4 stars because the Super LTE compatibility tool said my phone was compatible, but it wouldn't. I'm a weird corner case (custom ROM, European phone model), but I was relying in part on that tool when I purchased my phone. It still works on the GSM network, but that coverage isn't as good in my area.
