I had a very complex problem while switching from another carrier, and Kamil Khan helped me over quite a lengthy process. Wonderfully patient and knowledgeable, pleasant and kind.
The only thing I would say about the company in general is that I found the website a tad confusing as to the process, but as I said, mine was a complicated issue. That's how I happened to encounter Kamil two days in a row. Overall, very happy with my new mobile digital home!
