I want to sincerely thank Kamil Khan for his incredible patience and support. I am new to US Mobile and my internet service was not working. It was not easy to resolve this issue but Kamil kept trying different strategies till we finally had it figured out. This took a lot of work and a LOT of time, but Kamil kept on working and trying til everything was sorted out. Kamil was extremely clear in his directions which I found very helpful and pleasant. I could NEVER have done this without his help and I am very thankful he had the knowledge and patience to guide me through it all! Big thumbs up!!
