many times I have had to call with odd problems because I use unlocked phones. these guys have NEVER failed to amaze! Just now, I believe his name is Murkesh ( I hope I have remembered) he worked SO hard and finally conquered my problem. All support people deserve a nice raise in pay and Murkesh deserves and additional bonus. i am very very happy!! Thank you so much for you tremendous successful efforts!
