There were some issues of running out of voice minutes and when I contacted customer service I was helped by Kamil Khan. She was able to steer me in the direction of a new plan that offers unlimited voice for $8. This seemed like the perfect solution since I was always having to add more money when I would run out of minutes. I appreciate Kamil's sincere and attentive assistance she was quite helpful.
