Hamza J. is by far the BEST customer service rep I've ever dealt with. He I had the patience of jobe! I got very flustrated trying to get my service to work he walked me through all the steps for setting up my APN. After all that trouble we found out that I made a mistake and that was why my phone wasn't working properly. After he helped me for 30 minutes giving me the APN settings and all of that he figured out what was wrong! He is the best customer service Rep I've ever worked with. US Mobile is very Blessed to have him on there team! I think he deserves a BIG Raise especially having to put up with me! LOL!
