The weirdest thing...Using US Mobile has been so easy (and I'm saving so much money compared to my last provider) that I question that I'm reading the site correctly. The hardest part of using US Mobile is getting used to it being so easy! I just chatted with Qirat (late at night, where I am) who was able to answer my questions easily. 24 hour customer service...Wait, wut?! AND their customer service is actually helpful, compared to other companies I won't name. I am very glad I switched to US Mobile.
