I had paid for my phone plan but it wasn’t going to activate until midnight And I really needed to make a call to someone important but I couldnt do that until my next plan activated. So I reached out to US Mobile’s customer service and asked about it. Umer was very helpful and nice! He quickly gave me information and noticed I was upset about my plan not being activated until Midnight so he asked if I wanted him to activate it now. And he did in a matter of seconds! I was very pleased of his service. Thanks Umer! You saved the day.
