I was wanting to postpone my phone plan payment for another date because I have been tight on finances lately. After having talked to a Miss Amna about my situation, she so generously helped me by looking into my plan AND giving me a 10$ discount on my next bill! She was an absolute sweetheart to talk to, as have those who have helped me before. It is reasons like this why I love US Mobile so much. Cheap, easy to change and access your plans, and amazing customer service!
