I was cautious about joining US Mobile. I figured as a virtual operator they wouldn't be as good at customer service and support as their big brother rivals. HOW WRONG I WAS! I usually hate chat support because operators have too many ongoing chats at once. Here you speak to one person and they focus on you!! Omema sorted my problem out with minimal fuss and total professionalism. They even had a sense of humor which can be hard when you deal with the same thing time after time. The customer service is AAA rated. Their prices are beyond comparison and they offer the same network perks as their network operator competitors. I get my Netflix paid for, three lines of unlimited connectivity and all for the price of one line on their compeTitor in pink!!
