I snoozed my account and came back to restart service on the same day. I connected with US Mobile customer service through their Live Chat option. I requested a refund for the amount that is charged to snooze the plan since I was restarting service the same day. They were able to refund the amount and did it while we were on the chat. Representative (Haris) was great and very helpful. Thank you US Mobile!
