Yahya helped me over the live customer service chat and was super friendly and took the time to explain things to me that I did not understand. Very pleased. Just when I felt like I was going to move to a new cell service company, I changed my mind because they were so helpful. US Mobile needs to weed out the unhelpful people though. Before Yahya, I had someone who just ended the chat on me without making sure my issue was solved...it clearly wasn't because I needed to get back on the chat.
