So the customer service is going from strength to strength. Today I was helped my Mohammed and Sarfraz. Both were exemplary. If only all customer service could be like this.
I used the chat function. They can do everything you need and no requirements for supplementary logins to confirm your identity.
This was porting a number i'd just ported onto their network so it could access a different package. It went swimmingly. I got disconnected from Mohammed. My fault I was browsing auto insurance at the same time. I was reconnected to Sarfraz who picked up where we left off and made sure I had everything I needed. I've gone from two lines on T-Mobile to 4 one USMobile and its still less than the T-Mobile cost.
