After a frustrating 3 day experience of trying to troubleshoot a problem my phone was having with my new sim card, I was able to talk to Nobel over the phone and fix my problem. Not only was he able to fix my problem, he was patient, kind and willing to go the extra mile to make things right. Because of him, I am happy to continue using usmobile. Thank you Nobel and everyone else that helped out with fixing my problem.
