I thought I had an issue with data service on my phone, and using the online chat, Taha was able to help me figure out what was wrong (nothing that U.S. Mobile had done). Taha also alerted me to the newer "family plan," which I will be switching to, and which will save me a lot of money. Thank you U.S. Mobile, and thank you Taha!
