They're great! Usman was my chat agent. He helped me apply a coupon code I forgot to apply when I added my plan to my new sim card. They are very friendly & helpful on chat (I've used the chat tool a few times for assistance with my order) and I was able to reach them by phone too. I received my sim card quickly and I saved money on the sim card as well as the monthly plan with coupon codes. Their plans are affordable and you can even customize your plan to fit your needs.
