I contacted the online chat with questions prior to ordering. Haris was extremely helpful and rather than concentrating on making a sale, he looked into an issue that was likely to arise with using a dual line iPhone SE. He was honest in letting me know that the service would not work properly and made suggestions for getting my current phones to work better, so that I could save money with U.S. Mobile and not be disappointed after ordering. Excellent support.
