Their GSM service didn't work for me, but their "Super LTE Network" worked great - luckily I had a phone that worked on Verizon networks, too. Customer service has been impeccable throughout the trial period and help with porting my old number over to their service. Hasaan was the last chat agent I talked with and they were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond. I look forward to using US Mobile as my primary mobile service provider!
