Zurayz was amazing in helping me Port over my Verizon wireless account to US Mobile. He was patient and caring, chatting a bit between data exchanges. It made a not so easy process bearable. I'm not always a fan of CHAT but if you get the right customer service representative, like Zurayz, it can be quite effective. My new US Mobile line is active, gotta go and use it!
