The best service EVER! Amna was the name of my service rep. I was amazed and oh so happy about the great customer service. I had installed and activated the wrong sim card and had messed up my service. the tech was so gracious and helped me fix it.
Customer service is a foreign concept to most cellular carriers. US Mobile is bringing it back! thank you!!!!
