Terrible customer service !!!
I just moved into a property with my 2 and a half year old and they leave us with no gas because i refuse to pay the previous tenant's debt or to have a smart meter installed . Will contact the energy ombudsman as these are illegal practices . So I'm with a toddler with no heating or hot water in November during the pandemic ! Staff are rude when you ring them and try to blackmail and bully you .
Avoid at all cost !!!
