Moved into property in 2019 and was ok for a while after changing account to my name, i used to spend £40 a month on my gas and electric now that doesnt last 3 weeks let alone 4,
When i have called to complain i get snotty attitude, lies and different versions of the same thing. I swapped to bulb in november the day after i topped up my meter and since then i have tried to get my money back which they are refusing to do. Then yesterday (15/12) they take my supply back without concent so i spent 1+ hours on phone trying to sort it out, i am on emergancy cred atm with utilita as im refusing to loose any more money to them as im hoping to go back to the company they swapped me from yesterday and i was told i was talking to a robot for over an hour. I record all my calls so luckily i have proof of what was said.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY ARE VILE RUDE CREATURES WHO ARE JUST OUT TO STEAL FROM YOU WITH THEIR OVER RATE PRICES
