No heating for 7 days due to fault with meter customer service shocking hours spent pn phone get cut off .
When you do get through to arrange an engineer to come out , no show or a call to tell us what going on or why engineer hasn't arranged appointment.
So process starts again but this time they tell us they will phone back hours later no call then they are closed , eventually they call back tell us engineer will be here within three hours guess what no show !!
Still no heating shocking customer service !!
