Customer service is shocking.
Meter balance and app balance did not match up. After being on hold for a VERY LONG TIME, I got through to a woman that could barely speak English.
Later went on to the so-called "Live chat" and nobody answered my question.
Issue is still not resolved!
I'll be switching provider...
