Absolutely disgusting, waited 3 years for a smart meter installation
, Only to be told they do not have the required parts, I also got told to get InTouch with my council/housings officer as I have an eco duel electric meter, the electrician came out and said they are pulling a fast one.. I called utilita today and asked for a supervisor/manager to speak to only to be told I will get a call back.... I also got told they didn't receive an email from me with a picture of my gas meter reading so asked for a date, time and both emails which one was mine and obviously there's, to then be put on hold she obviously found the email in the end, customer service is horrendous, and to be waiting for as long as I have is not exactly professional,
