Been on the phone an hour and a half now on hold just trying to get a customer number! I have 3 children and I have just moved house to find these idiots are the provider. Been trying to get through since last Thurs they're an absolute joke.. only reason I'm trying to gey these is because my energy supplier from the old house is unavailable due to their systems Been down!
Please avoid utilita if you want someone you can contact in emergencies!
