I telephone Utilita and spoke to Scott the lovely Scottish male and he explained the process very professional about my enquiry with regards to my first bill that I had received and that the housing had not issued me a legal tenancy agreement as my full address was not on the tenancy that I had signed. also I need access to the meter at all times. So I took the advice and will Look forward to telephoning Utilita back when I have received the updated version of my tenancy agreement to arrange either a direct debit or pay as you go card.
