Everything, smart meter was installed but instead of a credit meter (d/d) I had a prepayment installed, I was told I still had to pay the full amount of direct debit and top up!! I couldn't top up the prepayment meter as I didn't have the card number, complained and the customer service person put me through to the payment and I topped up £50 and it's disappeared... I have spoken with every department as they pass the buck, over the last couple of months I have spent around 4 hours a week on the phone and I still haven't got my money back, been to ofgem and they put me through to utilita again, if I owed them money I would have a judgement against me by now, total disgrace how this company works and treats their customers.. I wish I could swap energy company but it's not advised due to the prices 😕 a complete joke
