I’ve very recently purchased a property and i’m trying to get registered with Utilita. Held on the phone for 1hr 6 minutes to speak to a Customer service Advisor who then asked me to hold. Then another 1hour 18minutes later the phone was answered, took my name then asked me to hold so she could reset the meter. Held on for a few minutes only to be cut off. This is shocking and im really disgusted at this company. I would be obliged if someone from Utilita could explain why this happens. I just want a card so I can get supply until I can change to a Credit meter. Please can someone help.
