literally a joke. first they overcharge me, it takes them SIX MONTHS. to sort it. the phoned me on a weekly base to get me to sign up to direct debit, not before begging me for £250. once on direct debit I'm suddenly in debit of £400, what was the need to beg me for £250 i have spent actual days on the phone trying to get these numerous issues resolved.
