I am a vulnerable customer as I have long COVID and suffer anxiety. I am unable to speak to anyone at Utilita, and the problem is worsening. Utilita are not putting the £66 government help onto my account unless I contact them, I suspect that they are keeping hold of the cumulative "pot of government money" paid for by taxpayers, to accumulate interest, which is disgraceful and should be investigated by the energy Ombudsman.
