Everything was working OK in my new home for 9 months, until my gas metre stopped sending its balance signal.
3 weeks on its still like this.
I've phoned, emailed, tried utilita s own links.... left my phone number in emails...... NOBODY GOT BACK TO ME AFTER 4 WEEKS OF TRYING NOW AND MY PROBLEM IS STILL ONGOING.
IVE MADE 9 ATTEMPTS TO NO AVAIL.
THIS IS EXTREMELY POOR AND A NEGLECTING CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
