Disgusting service, will con people to get customers, British gas is much cheaper and I'm quite frankly angry that they lie to people to try draw people in. Telling people they will save almost £500 a yr to swap from British Gas, when in fact they are almost £400 more expensive then British Gas.
Tried to call and cancel the swap and I get cut off after waiting for almost an hour.
If I could put zero stars I would. Do not fall for the con like I did.
