The service from this company would be better suited to a third world country. I have spent so many long hours trying to get through to speak to a human being. I had my smart meter installation cancelled last month and as I write this review, I am listening to their automated answer machine telling me that they value our time. The reason for my call, is because the engineer didn't turn up.
