I've been waiting over a month for my gas top up card... Tried to contact them multiple times about this but can never get through on phone. I've left messages on app and even tried there live chat to be sat in a queue that doesn't even go down. I'm recovering from a stroke, have kids and can't top up my gas and it's freezing!!
