Received message at 2.44pm saying engineer be with u shortly.. Was still waiting 5.30pm
So decided to ring utilita after 50mins getting to ask where engineers was.... Was told engineer been.. at 12pm been in all day one has knock on door... Or been near..
Put £165 on key in 14 days and heating not been on....
Was told price would be cheaper once meter would be fitted..to get right rate and usage...
