This company is a disgrace. We changed supplier on the 1st Dec 2023, we have spent all morning trying to get a refund of over £900. We had a final bill but we are now being told that we need to get our new supplier to send the readings even though they were on their final bill. We keep getting passed from different depts then get cut off.
Please AVOID at all costs
