If I could allocate no stars I would! This is the worst company I have EVER had to deal with. They are useless! You phone well before 6pm to be told they shut at 6;00 and the call ends. When you actually wait and get hold of someone at least 4 out of 5 times they cut you off. You cannot understand what they are saying because there is a lot of background noise to so you cannot even hear them. If you do - they do not solve any query in fact they leave you with more questions! My son has tried so many times as have other members of the family to get him to be 1) accepted as a customer 2) replace credit that was taken by a previous tenant and 3) not keep cutting him off when he actually has the credit if there was anyone there capable of sorting what seems like a straightforward issue. My son cannot move in to a rental because of this threat to have no electricity. It is immoral. We have sent a complaint after 3 weeks of this dire service. 0 out of any score!
