I would give zero if I could.
First time, I took over a property with a huge debt and utilita consistently refused to give me account details of my own, so I was forced to buy supply on the old details and they took a 25% surcharge of every payment.
Now I've taken over another (empty) property supplied by utilita and have applied to change supplier, knowing what this company is like, and they have blocked my application to the other complany.
