I would give less than one star if I could.
Moved to UW and despite making it clear that I could not afford to have any loss of internet went 6 days without - customer service attitude was very poor.
You can't get through to customer service (how they claim this is award winning I do not know.
I have cancelled all services - negotiated new deals with my existing suppliers and will not actually be much worse off - and the peace of mind will be priceless
