If I could give a lower score then I would... this week in total i've wasted 5 hours of my life on HOLD!!! someone put the phone down on me so that was an hour lost and everytime I call a number it sounds like someone is working from home and then tells me i must be transferred... i would avoid this company solely on customer service, hold times and lack of technical knowledge.
the website is shocking too... you can login into your account via the app but not on the website? why can't it be like facebook, twitter, etc... you know simple?
avoid at all costs people you will only get frustrated
