Absolutely ridiculous… second call today and all I want is to join my energy monitor to my meters which they state in the letter will take 2 minutes.
Thankfully I am not the CEO otherwise the customer service team would be replaced swiftly. Reputation is hard to get back once it is lost and these reviews paint a terrible picture of UW.
