The most traumatic experience in trying to pay my bill following family members leaving the house (they paid the bill). I am owner of house and have spent 6 weeks trying to get the account into my name, pay the bill and to review the current tarrif as I am the only one living in the house.
I have never experienced such a shoddy organisation. I am in the process of looking elsewhere. As other people have said this is not a one stop shop to resolve any issue you have it is pass the buck shop!
