6 months I've been waiting to have smart meters put in so I can switch to monthly billing from pre payment which was in place when I moved into the property, you continually cancelled the appointments at the last minute, and now you're demanding a £200 deposit. No one mentioned that for the last 6 months I've been trying to get you to sort this out. Not one time. So I either have to pay more for my gas and electricity supply, or give you £200. That's extortion, and I absolutely will not put up with it.
