I cancelled my switch within the 14 day cooling off period. I am being billed for their services, which is a crazy amount of money as they have never had a meter reading!!!!!!!!!!! and have even had a debt collectors letter. I cannot rate their customer service, because there is none!
I was told by the debt collection people, to call UW and ask them to listen to the call I made to cancel my transfer. As I got through to an adviser, his system crashed and could not continue with the call. Avoid these people.
